How do I get access?
Operatr is invite-only. Venue owners request access in the app, and venue team members join with an invite code from their venue owner. Photographers and videographers don't need an account: the venue texts them a private booking link.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from your account address and we delete your account and personal information within 30 days.
I'm a photographer or videographer. How do I see my booking?
The venue texts you a private booking link. Open it to accept the booking, get your Shoot Pass, send your photos and videos, and get paid. No app or account needed. If you lost the link, ask the venue to send it again.
Does Operatr handle payments?
Yes. Venues can pay photographers and videographers by bank or card through Stripe, straight to the shooter's bank. Operatr never sees or stores card or bank details. Venues can also record payments made outside the app.
